Sorry I have not added anything for a while now. Life has been pretty hard core for me lately. I just havent really had the time to get out there and get any photography done
Its also winter here in Kiwiland, which isnt the nicest to get out and about in. Although in saying that, I do love taking macro photos of raindrops hehe. But the flower are mostly dead, so no pretty water droplets on pretty flowers.  I will see if I can get some photos taken this weekend though, as I have the weekend off ( first weekend off in over a year lol)
I do thank you all for the watch though, please keep an eye out, I will add some things soon enough.


No.... I wasnt in a car crash, but there was a big car crash right outside my driveway last Saturday morning. I didnt hear a thing, I only woke up when the Helicopter turned up to take the one person who lived, to a hospital. ( I live out in the country for those of you who didnt realise this ) the other two people were killed   A 17 year old male, and a 37 year old woman. The man who is in hospital, is 48. They are not sure at this stage if he will live or not.


My best friend is in hospital at the moment, shes been in there for 3 nights now. I have been going in to see her every day before I go to work, then again when I finish work. Which is before visiting hours, and after visiting hours. Thankfully Im a CSW so the hospital knows me due to taking my clients to and from appointments at the hospital, so they let me in when its not visiting hours.
I normally go in only for a few mins before I start work, as I am in a hurry to get to work, so I just drop in my phone charger for her to charge her phone lol. And drop in a mag or two for her to read.
Then when I go up after work, I help her to have a nice shower or bath, as she is a very privet person, and doesnt like making a fuss, so she only lets me help her with that. And I change the sheets on her bed etc, so she has nice clean linen for the night   I also take her some take -aways too, as she gets hungry, as they eat so damn early in hospital lol.
Shes on the mend now though, and will hopefully be able to go home tomorrow. Or she I say this morning, as its now 1:40am here lol.


YES!!! I cant wait Only about three more months to go, and my hunny should be able to come home to me. I cant wait, damn I miss him so much.
Hes been locked up for close to two years now
September 7th is the last day of the course he needs to finish. Then he will go up to the Parole hearing, which should be within a month of finishing the course hes on. Then fingers crossed he gets out on Parole, there is no real reason why he shouldnt. So fingers crossed that happens. Then it should only be about a week after the parole hearing he will be able to come home to me
Sooooo cant wait
Will also have the step-daughter with us after a few months of him getting home. Shes 6 years old now,
Also my Step-daughters, little sister (not my partners child)  will prob come live with us too. Shes 2 years old. Cant wait to have the girls come live here too

Umm, well its not really for me to say, thats up to him to tell someone if he wants to.
But what I will say is, It wasnt murder or rape.

B0nkers - Where do you work?
I work for a place called "Idea Services" www.ihc.org.nz/  whi… is looking after mentally handicap people. I work in two different houses, one house is a high needs house. Meaning they need everything done for them. Think of a 6 month old baby in the body of a 40+ year old.
The other house is a more interdependent house. So they are kinda like just need to be watched, just to make sure they are doing everything right, and they arnt going to flood the wash house, or burn the kitchen down hehe.

No, not yet, as far as I know, there has been no change.

Christianonfire7 And your friend, was she able to be released yet?
I assume your talking about my friend who was in hospital? and not my friend ( partner ) who is in prison? the way you worded it "released" sounds like someone getting out of prison lol.
But never the less, my friend is out of hospital now, shes gone home. Shes on the mend, still not 100% though, but shes getting there one say at a time.

riccassley Well, I think my question is a bit naive but...do you think that monochrome photos or coloured photos are the best for you?
I think that really depends on the photo its self to be honest. There are some photos  take that there is no way, look good in B&W but in colour they look great.
And visa versa, some photos look bad in colour, but turn them into B&W and get a gold star lol
I personal love B&W photos, they are my fav. But that doesnt mean it always works best for me.
I have to admit though, no matter what photo Im working on, I always see what it looks like in B&W or Sepia tone lol.  I just love that "olden days" feel to photos
